Our story

In 2017 we began our search for an Airstream to build into a mobile bar to serve in Central Illinois. At the time, there weren't any mobile bars in the area, let alone any that could sell alcohol. We soon found one in Cleveland that could serve the purpose. We immediately drove to Cleveland, picked the Airstream, and towed it back. After seven months of nights and weekends, we had our mobile bar. It ended up becoming the first mobile bar in the state with a liquor license.

For the next five years, we served at a variety of events for a variety of people. We served at private events as well as starting our own public events series. These public events drew us to the conclusion that we needed a more permanent home. We looked and planned for the next few years for a permanent home for Clink. After 3-4 different projects fell through, our new space in Peoria Heights was available and felt perfect.

We are set to open our new bar in September that will be a testament to our great following that we have built up over the years of operating Clink. Guests will feel the same character and experience that we have built from our public events. We just wanted everyone who has given us so much love over the years to have a place that they can call home, for Clink.

Cheers to that!

  • "It's going to be a fun bar that you can come to with your friends, family. Catch a game if you want to, plenty of TVs for that. Get some good food, hang out. It will be a place you’ll feel comfortable bringing your kids during the day, maybe for dinner, and still have fun with friends at night."
